Booked online for a "quicker process". Still had to use the onsite self serve system to get keys. Was a horrendously slow machine and kept having issues stopped working, trouble connecting to the server etc. Tried calling the help number and was stuck on hold forever. Took well over 30min of the hire time just to collect keys on a booking that was already done and paid for. Then repeat of the process to return keys. Had to use same machine with same issues.
