The movers who unloaded my truck were professional and completed the work satisfactorily. After the job was finished, I provided the U-Haul payment code and left, believing the transaction was complete. Later, “Thomas” called and stated that I needed to complete a survey and click “Submit” before payment could be processed. Swamp Rabbit sent Averick, Carlos, Ben T. and Carlos to our home on November 7, 2025, these gentleman make up an amazing team with Averick's leadership. They were polite and respectful to all of us. They took measures to protect our hardwood floors and carpets. Larger items they wrapped with expertise to ensure no damage. Hour home was 2,800 sq ft with 2nd floor on-suit. Tomas and Eric was very careful with handling my furnitures, they are very prompt and very efficient. They were able to finish the task in under 3 hours! So that really helped me save time and money. Tomas was very accommodating and helpful in answering all my questions before I made my decision to book them! I highly recommend Move With Ease for your moving plans!
