This is hands down the best gym I’ve been to . I haven’t worked out in several months before joining Move with Coach T Fitness. So I was nervous about starting back, but Coach T was so encouraging and welcoming soon as I walked in the door. Coach T is excited about our journey and wants us to succeed. I’ve been working out with Coach T for a little over a month and it has truly helped me up my fitness game. Coach is an amazing person and an excellent coach. Regardless of your level of fitness, there’s something for everyone. The M.O.V.E gym with Coach T is about holistic health 💪🏾. I’m excited to see the growth. Definitely check her out!

This is a very unique family oriented gym! I love the equipment and feeling welcomed. I recommend this gym the personal trainers are amazing as well!

I really enjoyed my time here at the gym. Coach T is very motivating. I love the fact that she not only cares about your physical journey but your spiritual journey as well. Come join us!
