I stopped in on a Sunday to give the studio a try and was instantly impressed by the thoughtfulness put into the space, the class, and the warm welcome from Charlotte. This is an amazing smaller size studio that would accommodate a complete beginner as well as more advanced practitioners. This is my favorite yoga studio in the city! I've tried a number of their classes, and every instructor I've had has been amazing. The space feels like an oasis, and I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and more grounded. Special shoutout to Rickie and Erin! They have such soothing voices and bring therapeutic techniques into their practices. I highly recommend!
I have taken several classes at Move and I've enjoyed all of them. The studio is beautiful and so calming and my classes have been great. It’s the perfect combination of movement and meditation. I always leave feeling a little more grounded and empowered. I highly recommend taking classes at Move.
