I went to Move Therapy for the first time this weekend. Great facility and staff — Brie was an excellent instructor. Definitely recommend.
What a calming space! I loved Bri’s Saturday 10:30. It was the perfect mix of flow and stretch and rest. Really cozy room, so nice they provide mats and props. Highly recommend!
I stopped in on a Sunday to give the studio a try and was instantly impressed by the thoughtfulness put into the space, the class, and the warm welcome from Charlotte. This is an amazing smaller size studio that would accommodate a complete beginner as well as more advanced practitioners. Ashley is a wonderful therapist who offers brainspotting sessions here. I'm so glad that I found her.
This is my favorite yoga studio in the city! I've tried a number of their classes, and every instructor I've had has been amazing. The space feels like an oasis, and I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and more grounded. Special shoutout to Rickie and Erin! They have such soothing voices and bring therapeutic techniques into their practices. I highly recommend!
