My pain was very bad from having the shingles, I've never had pain like this in my entire life trying everything I could think of to ease the pain and nothing worked. We just wanted to say Thank you! We are very happy that we found Move Therapies and Leanne and Dale and we are extremely grateful for their dedication and love that goes into their online videos and in their classes.
