Claire is completely unprofessional. We made an offer on a house with earnest money that was contingent. That contingency was not met. She tried to keep the earnest money and didn't give it back until we said we would report her to the real estate commission. We saw your response. You are flat out willfully ignorant and wrong. You need to have your license pulled.
