I had terrible back pain and I didn’t know what to do. I had taken pain killers but it was still terrible pain. It was 11.15am on a Saturday. On a whim I looked at health engine and they had appointment within an hour. I called the Pratice and they picked up straight away and helped me with my booking. Really good at listening to what your problem is and getting to work on it to fix it straight away.
Amir at Move is honestly the best. I went to him with severe lower back pain and was having difficulty in standing up straight and couldn’t sit for long hours. One session with him and the pain vanished, he’s that good. He gave me a few exercises to do and I have seen him twice till now. I suffered with the pain for almost 3 months and now I’ve started working out and lifting weights. I definitely would recommend Move and Amir.
