Came in with chronic back and shoulder pain. Jessica recommended a treatment plan and I stuck with it, and after 2-3 months I was pain free after having issues all my life. Can't recommend enough!
I went to MOVE Physical in search of finding relief for my back (3 herniated discs). Jessica is very knowledgeable and I feel she has helped me. Although I was trying to do stretching on my own, it wasn't until I went to see Jessica (MOVE Physical) that I learned my efforts on my own were either wrong and/or I wasn't doing it enough.
