We had no idea mice had been in our air ducts until the cleaning staff found droppings within. They not only cleaned and sterilized everything but also sealed off entry holes to prevent it from happening again.
One thing that really stood out about this company was how respectful and friendly their technicians were. They showed up on time, wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean, and explained everything they were doing. They even took before-and-after pictures of my air ducts, and I couldn’t believe how much junk had been in there! It’s rare to find a company that’s both professional and personable, but they nailed it!!
My AC unit wasn’t cooling, and I was dreading a costly replacement. Thankfully, this company sent out an expert technician who diagnosed the problem quickly. Turns out, my coils were covered in dirt, and my refrigerant was low. They cleaned everything, topped off the refrigerant, and within an hour, my AC was blowing cold air again! I really appreciate their honesty—no upselling, just great service.
