Horrible experience, caused major property damage and stonewalled every step of the way! I want to warn anyone considering this company: do not hire them. What happened Short version: their crew ran over a section of our French drain, damaged trees on our property, left huge rutts in our driveway, and left glass where our kids play. Our driver's axel broke unexpectedly but the team worked hard to get our things moved out on time and get safely to our new home. MoveNW's service and dedication to me was palpable. I couldn't imagine what would have happened if I was with any other service and there was an axel break. Also after the service, they told me the truck weight was below expectation so they reduced their fee accordingly. They could have not said anything and kept the money. Thank you, MoveNW.

Well, my wife had written a review the other day to Move NW, got a response on Google, and their response is now gone. We were told that someone would be reaching out to us, yet no one has. They have poor communication skills, and our tiny 2-bedroom apartment is being shipped in separate orders, yet they expect the full payment at the time of the first delivery. Make that make sense. We were so excited to use this company when we found them for our last minute move, yet it quickly went downhill on our move out day. What was promised as a quick move out of 2-3 hours for our tiny 2 bedroom apartment turned into over 8 of the movers taking breaks, insinuating us buying them lunch and taking their good old time when we had a schedule to keep since we were driving across the country and had a timeline to maintain due to work. Move Northwest was just amazing to work with! Their coordinator John was extremely responsive leading up to our move date on June 20; on the day of, their movers Manny and Sandy went above and beyond. They were on time, courteous, clean, quick, knowledgeable, and soft spoken with each other as well as us. Nothing was damaged or mishandled, and to top it off, everything got done in exactly the estimated time given me. Cannot recommend enough!
