Great equipment and awesome staff.
My wife and I paid two years of gym fees, only to later find out that onsite rental tenants get free access because the owners cover it via Body Corporate. To make matters worse, neither of us has ever actually been able to use the gym due to constant fob access issues. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the customer service has been absolutely appalling—by far the worst of any gym in Noosa. If you’re looking for a place that takes your money but won’t let you in, this is it! Avoid at all costs.
