Rhys has such a beautiful way of interacting with people of any age. The way he explains what’s going on with your body is extremely in depth and really helps you understand yourself better. I’ve been doing work with Rhys for quite a while now, and I’ve really seen an improvement in not only my pain, but the way I move too. I’m very grateful for all he has done for me. If you are considering going to Rhys, believe me when I say it’s a great idea. You will most definitely get something out of it.
Rhys is fantastic, he basically saved me when I was in some distress with a pinched nerve in my neck. I had seen two other physios, one was TOTALLY useless, mask wearing university students who know nothing. Rhys is the real deal, thanks man. :-)
