Very rude & arrogant staff. They sent me a text a day ago that they’ll give me a window of 30-60 mins with a prior call before delivery, but they said they going to deliver in just 10 mins time, when I said I need more time to reach home, the staff behaved rudely over the phone, and at time of assembling the table the table top was not aligned in the centre.
Removalists were punctual and efficient
Couriers are on time.
Punctual, safe, fast and effective. Did the rubbish removal and it was so good given the huge amount of packaging that come with all of our furniture
1 Star — Unprofessional and Disappointing Our move with Move My Stuff was a letdown. Gagan and Ash showed little care—Gagan even used his leg to shove our belongings. Despite asking for our mattress topper to be wrapped, they used only a strap, and we later found our bedsheet torn. We instructed Gagan not to power on the fridge immediately, but he ignored us. When we raised concerns, Gary at the call centre rudely dismissed our complaint due to “time lapses.” Would NOT recommend.
