So disappointed that we had a scooter on hold while the invoice was waiting to be paid by a third party, and it was sold out from under us and then we are forced to wait another 2+ weeks? This isn’t how you help people with disabilities. It’s disgraceful. Would never recommend or use this business.

This business is absolutely highly recommended, their knowledge, service, dedication is beyond what you get anywhere else. Customer service in all areas is brilliant, and following up is everything you could ask. Trish you are a true legend, what you don't know about products nobody knows. Wonderful experience with Trish and Mario for assisting in all my needs for assitive technology. I've hired products from Mario. I do all my trials and purchasing with Trish. Recently I did a trial and purchased a recliner and inflatable cushion from Trish. Trish has extensive knowledge for all assisitive technology as she has worked in the nursing feild herself prior to working in a mobility shop. This knowledge is very helpful.
