My experience with move mobility has been a nightmare I purchased a wheelchair for more than $1,000.00 the Handel broke on the brake. It was still under warranty the service guy came out all good he said it would be sorted within a month, 3 months later I ring them up they had treated it as an invoice repair and had sent it to the ndis, I explained to them that it was under warranty they said it would be sorted a month later I ring them up again and they are still treating it as an invoice repair, and they couldn’t understan... read more

Emily served us the first day we went to look And the next day when we found the perfect scooter all the staff had input which was so helpful. Then my husband was shown how to pull the parts off for the car boot & encouraged to put it together so when we left the store I was confident to be able handle & he was confident to pull it apart & put it together.
