Emily served us the first day we went to look And the next day when we found the perfect scooter all the staff had input which was so helpful. Then my husband was shown how to pull the parts off for the car boot & encouraged to put it together so when we left the store I was confident to be able handle & he was confident to pull it apart & put it together. well sister scooter broke down over 4 months ago, move was suppose to fix it, no told me today not going to fix it, grrrrrr not interesed, i think its because sister didnt buy it from them, so not fixing it, sister is in icu, she going to need it , when she gets out of hospital , move said they dont have the facility to fix it, bull crap i say grrrrrrrrrrr DONT GO THERE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT CARING ENOUGH THE BUNDABERG STORE
