This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I was hired at a company in Seattle, where I was relocated from Michigan. Move Management began by having very little contact and being unresponsive when I asked for updates. When they finally contacted me to set up a pack/load date, it was only about a week before we were leaving and they were not flexible at all. Upon taking a job a new job in Seattle, my company (a large fortune 50) utilized Move Management to transport my vehicle and household goods. While initial communication was fine, there was very little communication along the way unless I initiated. After repeated inquires for updates on when delivery would happen (so I could plan accordingly), I was told they can't give updates.
