Move it Studio is amazing! I just recently started attending but so far the couple classes I've taken I've felt very welcomed, included, and I feel like the workouts can be accommodated in different ways for different bodies. I also love that they have the Two Week Unlimited deal happening so I can try out a bunch of different classes :)

I absolutely love Move It. Everyone is super friendly and overall the studio has a really good vibe. Classes are challenging but every instructor has been patient and super helpful with modifications to make it accessible.

I had a great session in the infrared sauna. It was my first sauna of this type and they made it easy and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I love the classes at MoveIt! Everyone there is full of great energy that flows into every movement. Through some of my most challenging moments, the music, the classes, the teachers and their dedication to encourage and uplift every person to love themselves, has picked me up and helped me keep going. Great place. As soon as you walk in you receive a warm welcome and a tour. The instructor and entire class was welcoming to newcomers and did not make me feel intimidated. I really wasn’t sure what to expect, but the stretching and bar workout was a challenge in such a good way. I’m so happy I stumbled into this dance studio, and I can’t wait to return.
