This is moreso, a review on the customer service we received on our recent move. The passive aggressive comment that this company made in regard to the one star review Julie gave was highly unnecessary coming from a "Christian company with compassion". A quick phone call to clear up the confusion would've sufficed.

Really disappointed, unfortunately. I’ve moved quite a few times over the years using other companies with no issue, and I went with Move It All this time because the company I’d usually work with was booked. The movers were unprofessional in their behavior throughout the moving process and took much longer than they should have due to being distracted and inefficient.
