This company driver broke my 75in tv and lied about it. He lied about packing to his boss and now my claim was declined. Then after I tried speaking to someone they tried telling me they can give me $30.00 for my tv. The driver rushed me to sign before checking my items. Their driver told them I refused to buy boxes when I had purchased boxes from them and they are on the finial contract. The claim company asked for a inventory list, the driver never gave me one. I used Move in USA to move my father into an assisted living facility. I don't live in the same state so I had to do everything over the phone and email. I took my father to the new location ahead of time and had the neighbor let the movers in. Greg was quick to respond every time I texted or called and everything went very smoothly. The movers put everything in my father's room the way he wanted it

I was connected to Move In USA via the BBB website. Greg reached out and gave me a quote. I packed myself and was ready the day of. Tito and his crew were super nice and very efficient. They were quick and careful. I recommend them.
