I’d like to begin by saying I do not typically leave reviews but I think MOVE is very much worth the praise. I broke my ankle at the end of January, in a freak accident at the gym. Although not a bad break, it was devastating as a long distance runner. 6 weeks out of commission. I was introduced to Jeff at MOVE and began PT end of March. I told him my very lofty goal of running the Board Street the 1st weekend in May. Tennis elbow, was told by PCP to get a brace and some paste to rub in for the problem, went to Adam and skipped all the other stuff. Walked out without the pain.

I’ve been going to Move Health and Sports Clinic for several years and it has been life changing. I went in tears after not being able to move my upper body and desperate for relief. I have suffered from chronic stiff necks for last 15 + years due to herniated discs in my neck. It’s given me quality of life back. When I first went to Jeff, I was having pain and issues with my hip that had been chronic for awhile and beginning to hurt more and starting to affect my walking and gait. Now I am pain free and walking %100 better. Jeff really knows his profession and knows where to go right away to get the best results.
