Move is so much fun! Tammy is incredible, and welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. There was a diverse group of women in the class- all ages!- and they were so friendly. It was a great atmosphere— doesn’t matter your fitness level, anyone can benefit from this high energy workout! I would recommend this studio to anyone wanting a good workout, a supportive environment, and a great group of people to move alongside.
