Both Zoe and Jess I highly recommend. They are very caring and have given me so much support over the years. I attend weekly group fitness with a personalised plan. It's thanks to them I have regained strength in my frozen shoulder and leg after a hip replacement.
The staff are caring, Professional and knowledgeable, always ready to help. They have seen me through a lot of injuries. I would recommend Move for life highly. Particularly my Physio Neeraj Kochhar and Pilates instructor Jess Cogley
I’ve been going to ‘move for life’ for a few months now to rehab after a microdiscectomy. From my very first session, I felt so comfortable and gained a warm feeling of being in great hands. Excellent and professional service provided!
I have used Move for Life Physio, (Neeraj Kochhar), a number of times for treatment of running injuries, foot surgery recovery and shoulder surgery recovery. Bottom line is that I have recovered well under Neeraj's treatment programs each time. I have also used the group's podiatrist who identified a condition that required specialist treatment and was referred onward. I have found the practice friendly, efficient communicative and always been seen within 5 minutes of appointed time. I highly recommend this practice.
