I’ve been going for a few years. The amazing team has helped me transform my health from a low baseline with chronic illness being able to go on holidays and go for a hike! The weekly Pilates classes are so motivating to help me maintain my progress and good habits. I'm currently having ongoing treatment for chronic aching legs/feet and acute calf pain. Ive been recommended and assigned Annie who is quite simply, brilliant. I've never before had someone so completely and succinctly work on the root cause of the issue in such a comprehensive manner, and she explains every move in logical.and understandable detail. I highly recommend her!!
Both Zoe and Jess I highly recommend. They are very caring and have given me so much support over the years. I attend weekly group fitness with a personalised plan. It's thanks to them I have regained strength in my frozen shoulder and leg after a hip replacement.
