I was hesitant to call at first as I have worked with a few trainers in the past at the gym I was going to with less than positive results. But I'm glad I did make the decision to contact move fitness as the people I worked with really seemed to care about me and my goals and were really understanding and helpful. I have been training with them for a few months now and I'm looking and feeling great. Thanks move fitness your the best.
