This is the perfect little neighborhood gym for anyone wanting to improve their strength and overall health - has more than enough weights, typically quiet, not overly busy (except maybe during peak times), clean, nice atmosphere, and awesome management team. There are also various classes one can participate in if that's your thing (like yoga, etc.). I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a gym.
The entire staff is amazing, especially AJ and Marja. The gym has everything you could ask for, including a sauna. It’s never overcrowded, the vibe is calm and welcoming, and even during rush hours you don’t have to wait forever to use your favorite machines.
My favorite gym ever!! I tried a lot of gyms around San Antonio from Gold’s to LA to Anytime, and this one just takes the cake. I’ve been a member here for almost four years now and have seen the evolution of how the gym has improved using thoughts and recommendations shared by members. Best gym (dare I say) in the world! As someone who actively avoided the gym for years, Move Fit Live has completely transformed how I feel about movement and health. They have everything you could want — a wide range of machines, free weights, TRX, treadmills, bikes, and more. Prefer classes?
