It wasn’t until I came here that I realized this is the gym I had been looking for a long time — reasonable pricing, all the equipment you truly need, open 365 days a year, and most importantly, incredibly kind people and an environment that helps you stay focused on your training. A building full of wanna be body builders and weightlifters. You cancel youre membership theyl claim they never got the form and want you to fill out multiple more and keep charging you.
Writing a review because I am an anxious girly. I have always been intimidated by huge commercial gyms. This place has been a god send for me! From beginner friendly to years of experience, this gym welcomes you. It has a small, never crowded feel, with having everything you need. Including a sauna and yoga classes! I joined this gym earlier this year with very little experience and a lot of weight to lose. Since then, I’ve gained not only strength and knowledge but also confidence in myself. I’m proud to say I’ve lost over 50 pounds, and I couldn’t have done it without the incredible staff and supportive community here.
