We are a women's focused gym, but welcome everybody through our doors including men and visitors to our beautiful town.

I visited Move Embrace while on holiday for the week and had an incredible experience! The group classes were high-energy, exciting and welcoming. Marni was so friendly and knowledgeable and I left every class feeling really good. I can’t recommend them more!
Marni was great! We visited for a week while holidaying here and were made to feel at home the moment we walked in the door! There was a great variety of workouts and the vibe was great! Marni was very knowledgeable and catered for all the clients in the room! Would highly recommend if you are after a great variety of group classes!

Move Embrace is a fantastic training space for all ages and fitness abilities. It offers a warm, welcoming environment, where trainers help to ensure exercise is made enjoyable and executed safely. Not just a place to get your work out in but also a place to find your tribe.
