Prior to getting adjusted by Dr. Chris, I was dealing with chronic low back and hip pain. I noticed these pains intensifying after long walks outside and working out. After my adjustments with Dr. Chris, I am now able to enjoy longer walks and exercise pain free!
Dr. Chris helped me get back to 100% in the gym! I had been dealing with a sharp pain in my back for a couple months which was preventing me from squatting through a full range of motion. After Dr. Chris’s in depth assessment and adjustment, my back feels back to normal and I’m back to performing at my best!
