Run like hell if you are thinking to use these guys. They broke half of our items and ignored my request for the insurance claim which I foolishly paid extra for premium. I used this company once before for a local move and had no major issues, but my most recent experience--moving out of the city--was a complete disaster. They initially quoted me a great price, but the day before the move, they jacked up the price with no room to negotiate. At that point, I had no choice but to move forward. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They left us stranded with no movers, charged our card and still have not called us back to resolve our issues. They have horrible customer service and Ruben who is the manager or owner has yet to call us back to make this better. Save your money and time and book with some else. If I could do Zero stars I would! They should be ashamed of how they do business.
