If I could give it negative 1000 stars I would. This company destroyed thousands of dollars of my sons items, overcharged ( almost double quote), peed on his floor, lied to him and now are trying to pretend they don’t exist to avoid court for all the damages. Angel and Cesar assured me they would make this right and that movers who completed first move would not be part of second move . Both lies. Cesar laughed when told his employees urinated on my son’s floor. Don’t ever use this company !!

IMPORTANT APRIL 2026: IF ANYBODY HAS BEEN ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY SERVE SOMEBODY FOR MOVE CENTRAL PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME TO PROVIDE DETAILS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ironically my previous review was removed despite the 5 Star reviews coming from profiles with no followers, headless profile pics, and fictitious names. I hired Move Central to assist me with a local move only 12 miles apart. They quoted me around 1024 only to charge me close to double. Run like hell if you are thinking to use these guys. They broke half of our items and ignored my request for the insurance claim which I foolishly paid extra for premium. They also promised a refund for the portion they failed to move, but never provided it coming up on a year. In response to the company reply: That reply is another utter lie. I used this company once before for a local move and had no major issues, but my most recent experience--moving out of the city--was a complete disaster. They initially quoted me a great price, but the day before the move, they jacked up the price with no room to negotiate. At that point, I had no choice but to move forward. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They left us stranded with no movers, charged our card and still have not called us back to resolve our issues. They have horrible customer service and Ruben who is the manager or owner has yet to call us back to make this better. Save your money and time and book with some else. If I could do Zero stars I would! They should be ashamed of how they do business.
