Inez was wonderful! She took the time to really listen to my concerns before we started and made sure to focus on the areas where I was experiencing the most pain ( neck and shoulders). She was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire session. I really appreciated how she incorporated different techniques to help release tension and improve mobility. I left feeling noticeably better! I absolutely recommend her if you need more than just a relaxing message & actually want to feel better.
Helen is great! She made me feel so comfortable and was very attentive with my needs.
