Deidre was very knowledgeable and adept at the sports massage I received. I have done years of different massage therapists and I believe her to be the most knowledgeable. She worked on my neck and my recurrent neck pain resolved in about 48 hours which is great!

I recently had a sports massage with Helen focused on my shoulders and lower back, and it made a noticeable difference. Both areas tend to hold a lot of tension for me, and the therapist did a great job identifying tight spots and working through them without making it overly painful. Highly recommend. Atmosphere is clean, comfortable, peaceful and welcoming. I am out of alignment in several places in my spine causing my neck, shoulders and low back to lock up on occasion. Christopher always asks where my problem areas are and how much pressure for each area. I’m always mobile, flexible and pain free after my massage. He is warm, kind and funny, making you feel comfortable with the whole experience!
