Horrible experience. I was on a payment plan and Krystine would cancel on my at the last minute. One time she didn't even have me on her schedule because she didn't "update" her calendar. The most recent appointment, she canceled on me the day of the massage. I paid for 4 sessions that I never got. She refuses to return my money and instead told me to refer my friends and family to use the massages I paid for.

Kristine is incredibly knowledgeable in what she does. She is approachable, kind, and attentive. She creates a comfortable space; it is obvious that she cares about her clients. After my first session, I knew I would come back. I am very fortunate to have found her and I highly recommend her if you are interested in receiving massage therapy.

Having regular massages with Kristine has been one of the best things as self care that I have done for myself. I came to her with such bad pain in my arms that I could hardly sleep at night. For the past 1.5 years she has listened to my concerns and alleviated most of the pain. I look forward to each and every massage!!
