I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and professionalism demonstrated. To begin, your website and online booking system are unreliable and do not function properly. I was unable to complete a basic booking online and was forced to come in person to fill out forms, which is unacceptable for a business operating at this level. I had a great experience with Robert. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to your needs. He took the time to understand where I was experiencing tension and focused on those areas with the right amount of pressure. I felt relaxed, supported, and much better after the session. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being. Dr Kathy is exceptional. She is attentive and easy to talk to. She treated me twice now for my lower back pain. I walked out of her clinic a new woman! I highly recommend Dr Kathy as she is super professional and gave me great advice and exercises to improve my back health at home.
