We had a disappointing experience with this company. We booked two movers to unload a full moving van into a storage unit, but there were several communication issues. The day before, we were given a wide 12–3pm window, which was difficult since we were driving four plus hours. I have used level15 for my last two moves. Both times the guys worked hard to finish the job quickly and took care to protect my furniture properly. In the past I have hired movers who were clearly milking the clock so a company that doesn't is a big plus. This time I got Tommy, Ryan, and Johnny. The first time I think I just had Tommy and Ryan.
Just had guys come help me move. Nice dudes but wow this company screwed me. Quoted less than $600 for a 4 hour move, it ended up being 5 hours due to the driver getting lost. The rang me up and charged me for 6 hours. Each 15 minutes after the 4 hours was an additional $40 which that price wasn’t disclosed to me. I still tipped the guys for doing a good job but ended up with a $1000 bill. Book them at your own discretion
Moving is stressful enough, don’t do business with this moving company. They have lied to us at every turn. Move4Less may seem attractive because they offer a discounted rate, but the way they offer the discount is why you should steer clear. They will only move your furniture when they have enough other clients who are moving the same direction. This means they have no idea when they will be able to deliver your things.
