We had hired another company to load my mom’s uhaul, but they ghosted us on a Friday afternoon. I called Move 4 Less late Friday afternoon to see if they could help us on Sat morning. Luckily I got Ryan on the phone and he went out of his way to get us an 8 am to 10 am window the next morning. When the movers came the next day, they did a phenomenal job carefully wrapping my mom’s belongings in shrink wrap and loading them in the truck. SCAM ALERT, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY -- Move 4 Less presents you with a reasonably priced estimate but then after loading the truck and arriving at your new place, they will charge you DOUBLE the estimate and they will force you to pay this outrageous sum of money while holding all of your belongings hostage in their truck. They won't unload your belongings until you pay their price gouged fee.
