GORGEOUS studio. Energetic and talented instructors. Wonderful owners. AND unbelievable LED light system!!!
Jenny was a wonderful HIIT instructor. She made everyone feel welcomed. She was great at demonstrating how to perform each exercise, and going around the room to make sure everyone was comfortable with the exercise they were performing (or adding on weight if it was too easy haha!). I unfortunately had to move away for work, but if I'd definitely come back if I could!
