My review is regarding the apartment I rented through AirBnB on e98th street. Couple issues here, but primarily, Sanitary - the tub doesn’t drain or drains extremely slowly , and it requires a handyman to come address. Towels hung in bathroom were dirty. Property management expects me to deal with these issues and have a handyman consistently come in, disturbing my day, rather than doing the right thing which is release me from the AirBnB and fix the plumbing issues so the next guest doesn’t have to deal with this problem. I recently stayed at Mova Living on 26th Street in Chelsea for 1.5 months during my visit from Los Angeles, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The apartment was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and stocked with everything I needed to feel at home.
