A great studio offering diverse fitness classes. A very welcoming and safe environment for everyone regardless of level. The owner is energetic and passionate. They have partnered with excellent trainers to provide a variety of classes. (Note the gym has moved from its spot closer to Verdun metro and is now next to Gym Expert. It is not a dog groomers.)
Awesome gym, friendly instructors and love the variety of group classes that are offered. Thanks, Heidi, Hugh and Chris for always making the classes fun and challenging
