This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had with a contractor. The job was completed, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Once payment was made, any sense of accountability completely disappeared. I sent a detailed email to the owner outlining serious concerns about the job and the conduct during the process, and it was completely ignored. No response, no follow-up, nothing.
