I had a great experience at this place.The young lady who helped me was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. She made sure everything was perfect, answered my questions with a smile, and made me feel valued as a customer.
My husband went in to get 2 shawarma wraps. There was young lady working who prepared the wraps. While making my husbands wrap, the pita bread fully ripped, so he politely asked if she can wrap it in a different pita, and she refused stating that the bread was fine and still charged him for a terribly made sandwich. He also asked for a side of fries, which she never even prepared. He had to throw half his “wrap” out because it literally fell apart. Horrible customer service - Never going back.
The bread was breaking and I asked the girl can you please use another pita the bread is broken and she said no. Horrible
Very clean shop run by a good honest brother , food is amazing
