This is my farist and LAST time coming to this business. My appointment was at 6 pm. It is now 7:43, and the lady has not even TOUCHED my hair. Nor has she offered any apology/explanation as to why it has taken her this long to get to me. I'm about to leave. Frfr. THIS IS INSANE.
dont waste your money
Wasted time is worse than wasted money. I got a call less than 10 minutes of my appointment time saying she was just leaving Charlotte. I live 35‐40 minutes from Newton. After over an hour of waiting, I called to see if she was even still coming to do my hair and was told she was "halfway" from Charlotte. I waited another 30 minutes and she still hadn't shown up so I left. She had me to pay a deposit via cashapp for the appointment the day before when I made it.
