I dropped in from Vancouver for a week, so I'm not local and not a regular athlete at this box. I absolutely love the vibe they have going on. Stacey, Katie, Doug, Ricardo... all excellent coaches. Everyone made me and my SIL feel welcomed and part of the Mousetrap family right away. The programming is lit, probably the best I have had outside my regular box. I can not recommend it enough, all around a great experience.
I’ve been a member for several months and I can’t say enough good things about it! The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, which makes working out here a pleasure. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. They take the time to get to know you and really make you feel welcome. The variety of classes and programming is fantastic.
