This place is great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great place to drop in while visiting the area.
I did a couple of drop-in classes since I was close by to this gym while on vacation. Sam and the members were very welcoming and friendly. Sam made sure to ask if there was any restrictions/injuries on any of the movements we were doing in the class and made suggestions for scaling/modifications. I never felt judged or unwelcomed while working out there and I would recommend this gym for anyone out of town looking to drop-in to a crossfit class, but unsure of the environment or anyone looking for a "family feeling" gym. We love dropping in at this gym! The coaching is dialed in. The community is welcoming. It's a great workout everytime!
