If you're looking for a place that feels like home, this is your place while putting in a good sweat. My Mum and I were looking for a close drop-in to do a few classes. Super easy to book and find. Katie, owner and Doug, head coach will make you feel so welcome. The community for our stay was a beautiful highlight of what crossfit represents inclusivity, fun and professional and as "Mc Donald's" says, come as you are. You won't regret it!🧡

I did a drop-in here on a Thursday morning. The coach and athletes were very welcoming. The coach even took a moment to let the class know it was my birthday, too. A nice little touch that he didn’t need to do, but did it anyway. Very kind. The instruction was good, the programming was challenging without being impossible. If you’re planning to drop in, make sure you work on your hook grip, just in case they have a barbell workout programmed. I’ve never dropped in at a gym while on vacation before, but I’m so glad I did at Mouse Trap Fitness! From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and encouraging. The coaches were super knowledgeable, gave great cues, and really pushed me to do my best. The energy and community here are amazing. I’m already looking forward to dropping in again the next time I’m in Orlando!
