As affiliate owners, my husband and I were extremely pleased with our experience dropping in at Mousetrap. We were greeted immediately by Coach Katie who made us feel at home right away. She asked us about our experience, if we had any injuries, showed us where we could put our things, bathrooms, etc. We were then lead through a general warm up and briefed on the WOD. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, this is your place while putting in a good sweat. My Mum and I were looking for a close drop-in to do a few classes. Super easy to book and find. Katie, owner and Doug, head coach will make you feel so welcome. The community for our stay was a beautiful highlight of what crossfit represents inclusivity, fun and professional and as "Mc Donald's" says, come as you are. You won't regret it!🧡
