I had to drop a review on this one, because I had THE BEST costumer support I've ever experienced in a very long time. Shout out specially to Chris, who solved my delayed package problem with no extra cost and had such manners. I had an international trip scheduled where I needed some supplies who weren't' going to be derived in time due to an internal logistics issue, but he gave me a quick solution just in time. Thanks a lot, hope to buy from you guys again real soon.
BUYER BEWARE. Beware buying electronics, FPGA evaluation boards, or development boards from this supplier. If you try to submit an RMA within 30 days they will automatically deny it. They basically have an "RMA policy" on the website, but do not follow it. Avoid this place. Do not buy from them. You have no capability for returns and if you get bad electronics no recourse, but an endless loop of denials and slow-walking of any attempts to get a return processed.
I ordered some transistors and a lil pack of fent came with it.
