The lady Susana Torres who's at the will call section of the building is really friendly and helpful
Ordered a specific piece. Wrong item was sent(or the wrong description on the website). Been going back and forth with "customer service" for 2 weeks with pictures and explanation of the situation and still they are unwilling to refund or replace the item. There solution is to purchase "the correct item".
Outstanding quality, fair prices, and prompt shipping. Additionally, they ship delicate products using top-notch care and packaging. My go-to place for electronics!
