I ordered a 50k audio potentiometer 6 pin Well first I was sent a 3 pin so I called and spoke with a tech and a customer service representative and they had taken time to find me the correct part and got it to me less than 24 hours after placing my new order I'm very pleased with their service and their product my amplifier now works better than ever

I've a long history with Mouser and until now I've been very pleased. Although Covid has slowed down many company's processing and shipping times, it appears that Mouser has taken things to the extreme. Placing a order nearly a week ago and the order was just sent to the warehouse for processing. Isn't this nearly entirely computer generated? I could have ordered the components from Ama.... and had it in my hands days ago. Not a happy camper.

Hands down the best site there is. Fastest shipping, great selection @ a fair price. What more could one ask for? Every now & then they upgrade my shipping to next day at no additional cost. LOVE WHEN THIS HAPPENS!
