Abysmal service for small business. Decided to use Mouser for small production run due to better stock than my usual supploer. Had multiple orders cancelled with no follow up at all. Ended up spending two weeks of wasted time finally having to do a wire transfer for a sub $1000 order. Then got into custom delays that resulted in a package being shipped with no broker. Nice work Mouser; next time I will order from RS or Digikey and have it there the next day with no hassle.

It's absolutely terrible. Without any due diligence, they will label you as a distributor and cancel your supply line orders for products you build. They then make you wait weeks to prove yourself that you are then end consumer and involved in manufacturing and not reselling. I will never do business with them again and I really recommend no one else building a small business do so either. They could at least ask what you're doing.....before cutting off critical supplies as your tiny business grows. Basically forcing you to ... read more

I've been ordering from Mouser for over two years now and could not be happier with their selection and service! If I can not find a part, I call them and they've almost always had what I need, offer another equally decent part or make a suggestion for a work around.
