Bought a 2016 Skoda Octavia from here in October 2024. The process of buying the car was very straightforward and easy- the customer service was great! However… Within the last 10 months, the car has shown symptoms of faults that, looking back through the cars MOT history, have been there for a while - particularly a binding rear left corner - but Mouselow passed it through MOT and service without a single fault!
