I had my very first breathwork session (ever) with Mouse Bird. From the moment I stepped into the space Mouse has created I felt safe and attentively held. It was a powerful experience - I'm so grateful for Mouse' intuitive expertise, warmth, and welcome!
I love the presence, care and craft that Mouse shared in her sessions with me. My body dropped into a deep space and I enjoyed every moment. Not only was her guidance and touch so helpful, but her space is beautiful.
Mouse has such a warm and caring presence that really allows you to connect and drop in on the table. She has the ability to make you feel comfortable right away and her intuitive approach is so perfectly tailored to the individual. Nothing has touched my TMJ pain like her sessions.
