After hours of frustratingly trying to self diagnose the problem, I decided to give Mousam Valley Tech a call. So glad that I did!! A tech arrived within a few hours. He was courteous , knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. Thankful during the dead of winter it was resolved quickly. As for the one bad review they received on here. Top notch! I have used this company regularly to service and maintain our K1 monitor heater. Always on time, always professional. We recently had an odor of kerosene/carbon dioxide? near the heater. Wasn't sure what it was. I called the company and a serviceman came out IMMEDIATELY. He completely checked my heater, tank, pump, etc. and finally determined it was something else entirely!
