I guess visits to the dentist are never anyone's favorite thing, but my experience was a very good one - very professional, kind, and friendly folks, and I very much appreciated being kept informed as to what was being done and why, as well as their willingness to adjust the needed treatment plan to my schedule and budget.
Great group of dentists and hygienists, who were able to see me quickly and begin my treatment the next day (due to a cancellation). I hadn't had my teeth cleaned or worked on for several years and was embarassed, but couldn't find a dentist that would take me without insurance. With my new insurance card in hand, the professionals at Mousam River Dentistry and I have created a plan to get my teeth back in good working order!
Great practice! Staff is wonderful, building is brand new and state of the art.
The staff were beyond accommodating for me yesterday afternoon as I was going to be late due to unforeseeable traffic. They dealt with my stress/anxiety associated with the need to get there quickly and being unable to reschedule. In the world that we live in, small efforts such as these really go a long way. I appreciate all that you do!
