James came in and assisted us with our Air-Con settings. It was very informative and I recommended their services!
Definitely recommend using this company James and his team were absolutely amazing. They did an amazing job and the AC works great. Thanks so much for everything.
the person i spoke to Jason would rather tell me how what i wanted as a customer was wrong than sell me anything. I know the layout of our house he does not. It seems that unless they can do a quote via house plans they are not interested. Here is a suggestion sometimes a site inspection is required before making a blanket statement that the customer is wrong. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Mouritz was great to deal and the only ones to insist on a site visit before quoting. Darren was very knowledgable and clearly considered the house design and how we use the house to ensure the system worked optimally, suggesting additional air return and jumper ducts to work with how we section off the house rather than just offer the cheapest and easiest solution. Scott and team followed through with a quality install without rushing the job, even though it was well past clock off on a Friday. Highly recommend
