the person i spoke to Jason would rather tell me how what i wanted as a customer was wrong than sell me anything. I know the layout of our house he does not. It seems that unless they can do a quote via house plans they are not interested. Here is a suggestion sometimes a site inspection is required before making a blanket statement that the customer is wrong. I would not recommend them to anyone.
