While the installation process was reasonable, they really need to work on aftersales / service departments attitude specially after performing job worth more than $14k. Being in season does not mean being rude to customers.
Outsource their heavily promoted air con servicing to a third party whose main aim seems to be quick in, quick out. Works for them, presumably.
After 3 months and $2.5k still had the same problem and they they were oblivious to my enquiries despite their claim that 'If you’re experiencing any problems with your AC system, be it at home, at the office or in any other location, Mouritz Air Conditioning professionals can fix it for you.' They are only fair weather friends and the poor online reviews reflect their lack of customer focus.
I would highly recommend not using this company. While the salesman was nice enough, the installer was atrocious and the admin team useless. Damage done to walls and around every vent, walls and ceilings left filthy, the installer refused to finish the job the first two times he visited and finally completed the install on a third visit. Contacted on multiple occasions via website contact us, email and by phone just to get a quote but never heard back - staff unpleasant on phones and put on hold for ages - don't understand why a company would be bothering to pay to be on the top of Sponsored Google ads when they get a potential new customer who wants a simple quote for servicing, supply and install and Mouritz doesn't bother to respond or get back with anything.
