Mouritz have been fantastic to deal with, very helpful and supportive. We recently made some general enquiries about the running of our air con unit and Michael and Cyndie have been great to deal with. Responding back to us straight away, thorough and being listened to rather than not being heard. I am writing a review on behalf of my elderly mother regarding the recent visit from technician Roy to address her air conditioning issues. Roy's visit lasted only 15 minutes, during which he informed my mother that an electrician would be needed to resolve the problem. He mentioned that if the electrician was unable to fix the issue, she could contact him for further assistance. For us, it was a very good and successful experience. The entire installation was very professional and quick.
Really disappointed with the customer service and lack of loyalty! I booked a service in Feb and had a serviceman come out spend 5 mins and say everything was 'fine' and that I didn't need to book services unless it was blowing no air...Still charged me a full-service fee even though I was pretty much told it was a waste of time!!! Fast forward 5 months and the whole system is making a loud humming noise - I call to see if a technician can come back out, only to be told I'll have to be changed the whole service fee again if ... read more
