Air con is great but when we called to book 1 year service told they will not come out to our area to service the unit , when we asked to speak with manager told all in meeting we would have to call our sales rep to discuss why we where not told this 🤔
Quite poor communication within the company between logistics and tradesmen I would assume. Plummers arrived almost at the same time as installers, therefore they couldn't do anything really and informed me that they will come back the next day - not fair because I only had one day off booked for the installation. Then electricians came only to hand me the remote control - they did absolutely zero work and I still had to pay for them - I know was included in the price but if the pre installation assessment was done correctly... read more
