Terrific location right next to Kings Park, but way too close to the freeway. Has the owner ever actually stayed here to see what it’s like? Surely you could spend a few bucks on proper soundproofing — some insulation or something — it wouldn’t cost much. The traffic noise is insane: hoons tearing through at night and heavy traffic from early morning. Getting even five hours of decent sleep feels like a win. For amenities, there’s only a bar of soap. Terrible stay here. WiFi doesn’t work at all, how can you advertise that you have WiFi when it’s never worked in the 10 days of being here. Same with the ‘kitchen’ not fully equipped or suitable for use. Dirty glasses, mouldy walls, blinds don’t work properly. Noise from the freeway is ridiculous, woken up every morning 5am, on the times I even got to sleep by then, surely you need to get some sort of soundproofing when this close to a busy road, can hear vehicles loud and clear all night even with fan on full blast and earp... read more

Rooms are very old and the bathroom is old too. The whole place feels dated and needs renovation. The location is decent but overall it is really overpriced for what it offers.
