Useless trying to get an appointment.
Utter disgrace this General Practice, never had to deal with more clueless front staff, putting people last seems to be their motto and have never took any responsibility for their constant mistakes. Never had issues with doctors or nurses, but the general running of the practice is terrible, no help, no appointments and absolute disdain the front staff treat you with.
Cannot get an appointment.
Told me i needed to come into the surgery if i wanted to collect my emergency prescription which i needed, so i got the bus in from porstewart in the lashing rain. Just for the rude receptionist to tell me that boots in portstewart had it now. I then didnt have enough time to get back to portstewart before boots closed. So now have to go a day without important meds that i need.
I have been a patient at Mountsandel for around 30 years. I was, and still am in disbelief when I got a telephone appointment confirmed to discuss a serious gastric issue and what medication would be safe for me to use. Then, I get a phone call to say that can’t happen as I was not currently at home, but on holidays. In a day when doctors are moving away from Face to Face appointments what did it matter where it was… it was a telephone appointment where the doctor had the protection of symptoms being described by the patient... read more
